4 Egg Whites

1 Banana 

1/3 Cup of Oats 

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Stevia


Blend all ingredients in a Blender 

Optional Stir in 1/4 cup of Blueberries before cooking

Cook on a Griddle for 2-3 Minutes per Side 

Top with Maple Syrup
